As Healer many are questioning whether the Saint better than Light Fury. Hmm how ya, I was still a candidate Light Fury as a Healer. But when combined with the ability Debuff and Potential DPS, Saint can be superior. The important thing is Saint already back up and ready to compete in this 90 Cap. I was also pleased when the Saint vacuum started popping.
Build the first and second difference is only on the order in Cleric Skill Skill Tree and raise Dual Ultimate. Unfortunately I do not have a Dual Skill Build so could not try the direct Build Build alias remain faithful to the first.
Divine Combo + Holy Kick
I find it strange when I first saw Saint play combo kick-kick. Becoming even more Saint who play kick and it got me interested. Divine has Super Armor Combo Break were great and very helpful to bring down approaching enemies or pick up the enemy fell to the ground. Holy Kick kick Area level 6 has a longer and have the possibility of Stun. In Cap Ladder 80, Crusader I use Jade, Ring and Plate Stun (Shock / Impact) that more often stun Holy Kick. Well I've never tried to Saint, if anyone ever tried?
Block
I think in PVP Block is very useful especially when being attacked or affixed by Job Melee.

As usual, I will not discuss Skill Build without using Data Potential DPS
Note: Gear / Equip same as the one I use in analysis, namely Saint Priest Class Type Light.
Charge Bolt
I've calculated all Active Skill in DPS Cleric skill tree and no one can match Bolt Charge (Full Hit). Another skill that DPS is somewhat closer to Charge Bolt Combo Divine level 26 (Full Hit), but its Full Hit as hard to Charge Bolt. So for PVE I still chose Charge Bolt.
No Block
I have remained constant from 50 to Build PVE Cap Saint did not use Block. If you need to wade Charge Block Bolt to Level 16.
Chain Lightning
Based on the above table, Chain Lightning 4 Skill position DPS Saint. Excess Chain Lightning Max is a leap of lightning could 10x and it is especially useful for PVE.
Detonate
In Cap 90, Detonate get Damage Boost fairly large, so it became a Top 3 DPS skill to Saint. Detonate is perfect if dikombo with Chain Lightning MAX. Damage order Detonate larger, you should use the Skill Ring +1.
Grand Cross
Full Hit Grand Cross is 20 Hit with damage every hit is a Board 0.2x damage, bringing the total damage it is 4x Full Hit Damage.Saya Board not to include this in Table Skill Skill DPS Saint, although potential DPS skill is greater than Detonate. During use Grand Cross (Inquisitor), I just get a total Full Hit Damage against Basilisk in Saint Haven Defence. Grand Cross of slow movement makes it increasingly difficult for Full Hit, especially for the Boss are actively engaged.
Holy Burst
In DPS does this skill is not so great, but the area is quite large attacks and useful for PVE
Lightning Relic
Some people suggest to maximize Lightning Relic, especially after Mini Relic. I was less interested in maximizing Lightning Relic, because to get a great damage you should be able to get the right position. Kaliah emotion commercialize Lightning Relic sticking with Boss / enemy and hope Boss / enemy was not moving. Another reason is the Debuff of mini relic that is + 10% Damage has been removed, so I only use Lightning Relic + Mini Shock Relic Relic only and not be a major DPS skill.
Bind Relic
Relic Bind EX has Debuff + 20% damage, so I max in order to increase them relic longer duration and cooldown faster. You can get it if you use a permanent Debuff Skill +1 ring and plate Skill Cooldown.
Miracle Relic
Honestly yes, Ultimate Skill is not a DPS skill. So to you who change job or Full Gear Saint seeing Damage Miracle Relic, I recommend not to do so. Indeed, as I've explained in the analysis Priest Class if Miracle Relic has big damage. It was all because indeed damage is being Bug / Error. So what if Bug / Error it repaired? see ya stay on top of how big the potential of DPS Miracle Relic (Normal): P.
Shock Relic
Before there Mini Relic I've raised this Skill Max, although it was protested by a friend Guild. Now I think there is no reason not to raise Shock Relic Max, because the Top DPS skill to Saint. On the Potential of the above I assume every 15 seconds (cooldown SR) Summon you can conduct as many as 11 Relic consisting of Healing 2x, 1x Cure / Bind, 2x and 6x Mini Light Relic Relic.

This built you could use PVE and PVP as well.
