Previously, known as the Inquisitor who pick the job Buff, Debuff, Heal and some Skill DPS. Things changed drastically since Patch 90 then, his position as Support I feel it does not fit anymore. Why I love the Bolt Charge MAX?
I've been using the Charge Bolt of Cap 24, then began Max Cap 50 until now. Indeed, some people say the skill is not effective because it is difficult / complicated for Full Hit. Combine Mind Breaker EX with Bolt Charge
n my Inquisitor ordinary skill to combine the two, because both are equally Cooldown 10 seconds. I am sure Inquisitor will always use Mind Breaker EX to get Debuff Securities. Mind Breaker EX will have greater damage if the distance to the monster we are very close because there will be an additional 30% damage. Therefore, there is no harm after using Mind Breaker EX Charge directly connected with Bolt, after casting Charge Bolt is not too long.
No Block
in Saint Skill Build PVE, I did not mention the reason less like Block. In Cap 90, you can block attacks 18x premises duration of 20 seconds. Spent Block 18x in 20 seconds it was a bit heavy (except in contact with poison missile: P), so that if it is not quickly exhausted Block it will interfere with the success of your Skill Casting. I often see people fail because of the skill Ultimate Block.
Lightning Bolt
I scaling up until level 16 because the damage is not too great differences with MAX. The point Skill addition is also very limited. If you want to increase them up to MAX +2, then it can not raise Avenging Wave.

I hope the remaining 2 Skill Points that can be entered into in order to MAX Relic Bind, hehehe. I do not know whether Bind Relic in Ladder is easily destroyed or not.
