At the time of making the Build Gear Master in Cap 80, I feel confused because of lack Skill Point. While in Cap 90 Skill Point provided much, but I've confused to choose the skill. Board Damage: 3150%
Coefficient: 7x Board Damage

DPS: ((31.5 x 47343) x 7)/17 = 614068
Light Gear Master
DPS: ((31.5 x 40183) x 7 x 1.1169)/17 = 591252
* DPS above does not include 20% Resist Debuff of Chemical granade

So to ECJ Gear Master should note the following:
1. Percentage element at least 5% and not to minus
2. Frequently issued Skill Chemcal granade

At this skill level 6 could be extras tumble and have iframe as well. If you are not familiar with could increase them up to level 1 and skill Stun point inserted into granade.
Stun Granade
Hopefully lover Stun granade no protest again. If you pay attention to all Active in Academic Skill Skill Tree nobody has great DPS. So I Rev Stun granade just to cover the shortfall Terms Skill Point only.
According to the table above potential DPS, Gatling Gun Tower (Mechanic Mode) had a great DPS. Then why am I not to increase them? certainly not as beautiful as theory in the field. Gatling Gun is very difficult for a Full Hit, because you have to make sure its position is very close to / attached to the Boss. If it is not within walking distance of the DPS will be very small.
Cannon Tower
In Cap 80, Mechanic Mode Cannon Tower is my favorite, because the Board choose a great damage. Although the Board damage is reduced sufficiently large in Cap 90, I had to increase them because DPS MM MAX Cannon still fairly large.
Ice Pump Tower
First reason I raise this until level 8 for Debuff -30% Ice Resist (because I Ice Gear Master). Revamp Debuff Buff managed to remove my pledge it (T_T) and leaving only the Slow effect. Increased Level Ice Pump Tower increasing the Board Damage and Slow duration only. Judging from DPS which ranks bottom, so no need to raise this Tower Max.
Each increase in level of Mecha Duck does not increase the amount of HP. In addition, the increase in Board damage is not too great.
Mecha Shock
One of the best DPS skill for the ducks and managed to get into the 9th position.
Mecha Siren
Of Skill In the past did not have a great Damage Board.
Mecha Bomber
Top DPS Skill for the duck. You may wear it until level 11, because the board damage is not too much different from Max.

Reload

I have only one choice because both require the same number of rounds (2x Reload). In DPS Mine Thrower is bigger but a bit difficult to get a Full Hit damage is (40 Hits), especially when small and medium-sized monster. Biochemical Missile has a more consistent because DPS hit only 1x Full Hit and spacious the area anyway. Now it's up to you want to choose which one, or you can not raise them, and raising the DPS Skill else that you think is great as well.

Big Mecha Bomber
Big Mecha Bomber is not included into Top 5 DPS Gear Master, because it has a cooldown longer than the Skill on it. In Cap 90, you will often use this skill because it has an additional Debuff Damage + 20% for 10 seconds.
Force Out INS
Instant Skill bleak for DPS Job. Moreover, reactivation after Flashbang skill, meaning it should hit first hit dong. Effects Force Out INS already automated as Force Out Level 6 ++ that have Iframe (can not dihit). So you may not raise Force Out to Level 6.
Skill Build PVE did make me upset. At least I have other options ie Skill Build PVP.
Build PVP
Vending Machine
SEA is often called Radio alias for driving out Skill Potion. I always use in Ladder Skill Skill Ring +1 for this, so that the number of Potion more. Although sometimes it could be disastrous when the enemy overran Area Potion.
Stun Granade
Skill required and very useful in PVP. If necessary you can use a Skill Ring +1 to stun the greater possibility. In Ladder can also use Elixir / Potion to increase the possibility of Stun and the result must make a "dizzy head barbie" enemy: P
Wax
Mandatory max also so that the enemy is more easily slip
Bubble
Can bind enemies for 2 seconds.
Reload
In PVP, increase the skill level has no effect on cooldown, so level 1 is enough.
Chemical Granade

In PVP I prefer Biochemical Missile because it has a large area and damage.

Mecha Bomber
Many do not know that the duck would Iframe (can not hit) when being cast Mecha Bomber. This skill has always been my savior when fighting an enemy who like stuck-stuck. Tips on using Mecha Bomber is always reserving 1 Bebe near you and Cast Mecha Bomber (although the enemy is not near you). Then the function what? later when the enemy approached the Duck earlier will automatically Cast Mecha Bomber and was rarely suspected. (Correct if I'm wrong)
